Hmmm… I dunno how many times I need to repeat (not mentioned here in a frustrated tone) but I can’t celebrate birthdays, festivals and events for a year (unless within my family).
So although I don’t wish you people happy birthdays, or chinese new years or be involved in any events, that doesn’t mean that I don’t remember but just that I can’t do it.

I finally found a window! Went for Runner’s Day 30km with Yihao and it was a great experience. Although my pace was slower than Peal Izumi Pure Run, I ran the whole distance without facing the wall or stopping. The last part was pure grit and teeth clenching till the finish line – in 3h 14min 38sec. 2 mins impovement but the significant part was I found my optimum speed and pace – the more important lesson learnt! I see myself crossing the finisher line by 4h30min on 7 Dec. =)
My approximate split timings:
10km split timing – 1h 04min
20km split timing – 1h 08min
30km split timing – 1h 02min
I dun intend to show off but I finally can see why the gurus say that the secret to long distance running is more or less consistent split timing – maintain constant heart rate. I’m happy with mu performance but the real test awaits. As for the NUS singlet, it’s not too bad – except the tag at the back of the ect is a bit irritating…
Went out with Guang, Suji (after a loooong time) and Janice for Guang’s little bdae gathering (Jac, ure missed!!!!)! Damn fun to catch up with them esp after so long. Happie bdae Guang… dun sleep so much cuz it’s not Adidas Sleeping! We must catch Madagascar 2 after exams. =)
The only guy on the planet who can pull off cute comments and faces!

As Kelvin told me… and he was not smoking me this time around, Lance is back! Tour de France 2009 is something I’m gonna follow closely now. =)
Oh today was my virgin experience in blood donation. Something I always wanted to do but simply was unable to. I think I’m still fit enough to run on Sunday. =)
Oh yah. I gave the 5×5 a break and settled for a piece of cake that I can chew on. Thanks to Jac for enduring my nonsense at Toys’R'Us

Oh wow! A long and tiring day! But I was damn happie at the end of it all cuz I really treasured the fact tt my bestest frenz planned something for me. =)
Yesh… and my Dearest Guang called me… surprise after surprise, I’m overwhelmed in joy! =)
I’m most definitely miss u guys when I’m in China. No doubts about that!

Okie… finally I shall stop ranting and effing people and start blogging proper!
On the 25th of Jan we went over to Vinodh’s place for a small gathering with a few of us! My fav part of the day was choosing what movie to watch over at his place cuz there are well… too many of us who have too many movies all put together.. ahha.. being diplomatic! *crosses fingers*. Nvm.. we got him a air filled couch which we took turns to give a blowjob to… and the wettest and juiciest one was by Wei Guang! The weakest one was… duh Vin himself! Oh and there was some flourishing love that u can see the pic…. I think Sharan will be mighty jealous! Hahah….
The next day was blading at ECP! Woohoo! After sooo long I finally got to use the carrying strap I bought a few months ago… I think sometime in early October. Well Vinodh tured out to be a fast learner esp after cussing himself and calling himself names over and over and over again! Hahah… it’s just entertaining to stand there and watch him cussing himself silly. Janna… she gave her own input by twisting sentences into kinky jokes and bathing Vinodh in Coke! Haha…. Junwei was the limelight stealer cuz he had SOOOO many issues with the blades that we got them changed and he finally got moving around! Swee! I’m the Shi-fu of blading! Next in turn is Roopesh!
On 29th, we went over to Essential Brew at Holland (finally got the name right!). The calamari there is beyond words! YUMMINESSSS. It was fun esp not having seen Terry for such a long time! He went over to the US to join his gf to travel around while she was there on exchange…. so we was MIA from the day after exams to the day school started! After dinner we went over to Wala Wala for drinks… Had a Flambo – Flaming Lambo! Wah! The heat can be felt looong after u swallow the fire like a Dragon! After that came the shots! SHIOK! Haha… and the best part was we had a surprise test the next day… my quote: “There are muggers who study all day in case there is a surprise test and there are ppl like us… who whack Flaming Lambo and go for test. We, of course are the best!”
Last Tuesday of all places, after much complains from Vin to go to Timbre, we went over to Wala Wala again! Haha… this time ard was Junwei, Jac, Janna, Vin and Me. Was equally fun with this close group of friends who I love so hanging out with. You people get my mind off sad things so fast I’m in instant joy!
Vin came over to pl place to do work and we had a lot of fun! Hope he got some work done though. As for me…. UROP is done!!!! Speaking of which…. should I involve myself in writing the paper? Heart against mind… who’ll win?
